OUR PROCESS
Our passion is creating brand identities that don't just look good on paper, but in real life too. From the very beginning, we take care of all the little details. We want your experience to be positive and stress free, so we've created an easy 6 step process to make sure everything runs smoothly throughout our time working together
ONE - COMPATIBILITY
Do you love a beautiful aesthetic?
I love working with individuals and businesses who have the same love of design as me and who are ready to commit to the design process. If you think we are a good match, we would love to talk through your requirements.
FOUR - DESIGNS
Once your project date starts, We will get to work on designing your initial concepts which will be created from the chosen project direction. These initial designs will be sent to you for your approval and you can choose to refine one of these concepts up to 2 times. We will continuously work with you and keep you informed to make sure that we end up with a perfect outcome that reflects you, your brand and attracts your dream clients.
TWO - BOOKING
After filling out the form on our contact page, we will get back to you within 24 hours. After this, we will have a more in-depth chat about you and your brand. If you would like to move forward after this, then you will receive a contract to sign and a custom brief. You will also receive an invoice for the 50% deposit. This is required before any work commences and is non-refundable.
FIVE - DELIVERY
Once all designs have been completed and finalised, and the final invoice has been paid, you will receive all your files digitally in the formats stated. Different formats are available on request.
THREE - RESEARCH
Before your project begins you will have a couple of jobs to complete. Firstly you will receive a comprehensive brand discovery questionnaire, which we help us understand more about you, your business, your current brand (if applicable) and your target audience. We will also ask you to put together a little Pinterest board of any images/ ideas you like. We will then create and present to you your in depth brand strategy. This will take up to a week.
SIX - CELEBRATE
Yay Congratulations! Pop that bubbly open and relax. Now that your new branding is completed, you can launch it for the world to see. Once you have begun to show off your new brand, I will feature and post your brands designs on my Website and Social media for everyone to admire.
